FLINT By Baltaire; Phoenix, AZ

We got dressed up and went out to FLINT by Baltaire this past weekend for a birthday dinner! I was bummed we got there late so were unable to check out upstairs at FLINT but Im sure we will be back to check it out. They recently opened their doors so we wanted to make sure we stopped by and checked it out. I absolutely loved the open kitchen layout. I enjoy being able to see the chef and his team cook up the meals. I ordered some delicious scrumptious scallops, they came on a bed of corn seasoned just like your elotero man would. It was so yummy. Edwin got the octopus starter and I managed to get a bite before he didn't let me touch his food (I hate my food touched but I love grabbing food from everyone else's plate) lol it was so yummy too! For dessert they brought out this big plate of doughnut balls with fresh fruit and some ice cream for the birthday boy, man those doughnuts were soft and delicious. We had a couple drinks there they were strong enough to get the night started for us and that is always a plus! Ive noticed upcoming bars or restaurants are giving their drinks fun names which has been a cool way to order. I always say the name out and envision how that saying makes me feel and think of what that drink might taste like. Ive liked that. The service was amazing everyone was very friendly! If you are in the mood for a fancy night out make some reservations and get yourself to the Biltmore area and grub on!
