Sunday mornings on our way to Centrico! I love this restaurant. Its a small place inside the historic San Carlos hotel its Mexican food is yummy! and those Micheladas are mouth watering. We recently took our mothers there as its not easy to take hispanic moms to a Mexican restaurant that they will actually approve of and they approved of it!! The shrimp empanadas and the potato flautas are my favorite and Edwin loves his traditional Mexican breakfast plate. You know what the best part is, the owner is there front and center bringing you the dish and explaining it to you while mingling with you! He is such a welcoming man and every time we go now he already knows us! the restaurant is on the corner of Central and Monroe so you get to experience downtown while dining outside on a beautiful day. They just added a lot of different flavored margaritas and the Jamaica one has been my favorite so far! Be sure to stop by and check this place out!
